Prepare your Shopify catalog for an ARC Verify review
A practical input checklist for a complete active-catalog comparison in one market and currency.

Confirm the scope before preparing files
ARC Verify currently covers one Shopify apparel or accessories store in Australia or Singapore, with one market and currency. Confirm that fit first. The private workspace contains the supported upload formats and scope confirmation; an export alone is not an order or a completed assessment.
Export the products you actually intend to compare
Shopify’s product export is available from Products → Export. It offers all products as well as selected or filtered exports. For Verify, agree which active products belong in scope and attest that the supplied catalog is complete. A filtered file must not silently stand in for the whole active catalog.
Preserve identity and intended values
Keep stable product and variant identifiers, SKU where available, options, price, currency and relevant policy values. Do not replace an unknown value with a guess. Preserve the original export, and use the workspace template for any required normalization. Catalog completeness is a merchant declaration; the review cannot infer omitted private records from public pages.
Upload privately and resolve input problems before paying
Use your verified account and the private Verify upload. Customer lists, payment credentials and API secrets are not required. If a file is rejected, retain the error and pilot reference and ask support for export help. An operator confirms an achievable report date, support response time and the included review/retest terms before a new checkout is enabled.
Know what comes back
The report distinguishes agreement, contradiction and missing verification, with affected-record counts and specific actions. Public observations have their own capture times and limits. After corrections, the included retest uses fresh evidence for the same store, market and currency.
