2. Hoshiro ARC — AI Reach & Capability

Hoshiro ARC is an automated diagnostic and remediation platform; ongoing monitoring is planned. ARC focuses on AI discoverability, machine understanding, actionability, technical accessibility, AI visibility and related Agentic Web signals.

3. Point-in-time assessment

ARC reports describe conditions and methodology observed at the time an assessment is run. A report is considered current for 30 days and is marked Outdated from day 31. Historical reports remain available so customers can compare results over time. A report marked Outdated is not automatically incorrect; it is no longer represented as a current assessment because website content, technology, crawler behaviour, AI platforms and ARC methodology may have changed.

4. Assessment scope

An ARC Report may analyse up to 25 representative publicly accessible pages, subject to product limits and technical availability. The report identifies the pages or coverage actually assessed. Hoshiro does not represent a sample-based report as an exhaustive assessment of an entire website unless the report expressly says so.

5. Automated results and AI-platform independence

ARC findings, scores, recommendations and visibility observations are generated from technical evidence, configured methodology and automated analysis. They are intended to support business and technical decisions, not replace professional judgment. Hoshiro is independent of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity and other AI, search or agent platforms unless a specific partnership is expressly stated. References to third-party trademarks and products are for identification and analysis only. No ARC score, remediation action or subscription guarantees indexing, ranking, citation, recommendation, visibility, revenue, transactions or other treatment by a third-party AI system.

6. Emerging standards

Some Agentic Web conventions and AI-crawler signals are emerging rather than universal requirements. ARC may identify these signals as informational or recommended practices and should distinguish them from established requirements in scoring and customer-facing language.

7. Technical and implementation limitations

Website technologies differ significantly. ARC may detect or infer a CMS, framework, hosting model or implementation method, but remediation feasibility can depend on access, staging, custom code, security controls and platform limitations. Where reliable automatic implementation pricing is not appropriate, Hoshiro may require a custom scope review.

8. Commercial estimates

Remediation prices in an ARC Report are indicative estimates unless and until a specific proposal or Statement of Work is prepared and accepted. Prepared proposals are normally valid for 14 calendar days unless stated otherwise. A later accepted Statement of Work defines the binding remediation scope, price, assumptions, exclusions, customer responsibilities, payment terms and delivery arrangements.

9. No legal, financial or penetration-testing advice

Hoshiro ARC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. ARC technical checks are not a substitute for a formal cybersecurity penetration test, vulnerability assessment, compliance audit or legal review.

The Hoshiro website and reports may link to third-party resources. Hoshiro does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security or privacy practices of third-party websites.

11. Intellectual property and trademarks

Unless otherwise stated, Hoshiro Labs website content, ARC methodology, software, report structures, designs and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Hoshiro. Customer trademarks and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Governing law

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of Singapore. The Terms of Service contain the principal contractual provisions governing use of Hoshiro services.
