Hoshiro Labs Terms of Service

Including the Hoshiro ARC — AI Reach & Capability platform

Effective date: 21 August 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Hoshiro Labs website, Hoshiro ARC products and related services. Hoshiro Labs is operated by LY TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., a Singapore company with UEN 201901898K and registered office at 3 Phillip Street, #14-05, Royal Group Building, Singapore 048693 ("Hoshiro", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a product, starting a subscription, requesting remediation work or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If mandatory law gives you rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, those rights continue to apply.

2. Hoshiro ARC services

Hoshiro ARC (AI Reach & Capability) is a diagnostic, monitoring and remediation platform designed to assess and improve how effectively automated systems and AI services can discover, understand and, where relevant, interact with a business's public web presence.

  • ARC Scan: a limited free assessment of selected publicly accessible website conditions.
  • ARC Report: a paid, automated detailed assessment that may analyse up to 25 intelligently selected representative publicly accessible pages, subject to technical accessibility and product limits displayed at purchase.
  • ARC Remediation: implementation services offered to address selected findings, subject to an approved proposal or Statement of Work.
  • ARC Watch and ARC Advisory: recurring assessment and advisory services, where available, on the terms displayed at subscription.

The services may evolve as AI platforms, crawler behaviour, standards, website technologies and Hoshiro's methodology change.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach of security obligations. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. Business users must have authority to act for the relevant organisation.

4. Authority to scan websites

You may submit a website or domain for scanning only if you own it, operate it, manage it, have permission from the owner or operator, or otherwise have lawful authority to assess it. Hoshiro ARC is not a penetration-testing, vulnerability-exploitation or unauthorised reconnaissance service. You must not use ARC to bypass access controls, probe private systems, overload third-party infrastructure or conduct unlawful security testing.

5. Scan scope, coverage and methodology

ARC assessments are based on information that is technically available to the service at the time of assessment. A paid ARC Report is designed to assess up to 25 representative public pages selected from available navigation, sitemaps and other discoverable site structure. It is not an exhaustive crawl of every page unless the report expressly states otherwise. Some websites may be only partially assessable because of authentication, bot protection, geographic restrictions, client-side rendering, unavailable pages, rate limits, platform limitations or other technical conditions. Where appropriate, the report may indicate partial coverage, unavailable tests or not-applicable tests.

Every report is a point-in-time assessment. Reports are treated as current for 30 days from completion and are marked Outdated after that period. An Outdated report remains available as a historical record but should not be relied on as evidence of current site condition or current ARC methodology. Hoshiro may add, remove, reclassify or reweight checks as the AI and Agentic Web ecosystem evolves. Historical reports retain the methodology and evidence applicable when they were generated.

6. Results, scores and no guarantee

ARC scores, findings, recommendations, visibility observations and market-position information are diagnostic indicators. They do not guarantee that any AI provider, search engine, crawler, assistant or agent will crawl, index, cite, recommend, rank, transact with or otherwise favour your website or business. Third-party AI systems are outside Hoshiro's control and may change without notice. ARC results should be considered alongside your own technical, legal, commercial and marketing judgment.

7. Prices, payments and taxes

Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future purchases. The price shown and confirmed at checkout is the price applicable to that purchase, subject to applicable taxes and mandatory law. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. You must not manipulate purchase requests, prices, product identifiers, discounts or payment status. Payment is not treated as confirmed solely because you return to a Hoshiro success page; confirmation may depend on payment-provider verification. Where Singapore GST or another transaction tax is legally required, Hoshiro will display or charge it in the manner required by applicable law.

8. Subscriptions

Recurring ARC plans renew automatically at the billing frequency shown at signup until cancelled. You authorise Hoshiro and its payment provider to charge the applicable recurring fees and taxes using your selected payment method. You may cancel a recurring plan through the available account process or by contacting support. Unless mandatory law or the specific plan terms require otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Plan features, usage limits and pricing may change prospectively with reasonable notice where required.

9. Remediation proposals and implementation work

ARC reports may present indicative remediation scopes, durations, customer requirements and prices. These are not a binding implementation contract unless and until a specific proposal or Statement of Work is accepted through the designated acceptance process. Prepared remediation proposals are normally valid for 14 calendar days unless a different period is stated. Expired proposals remain viewable but must be refreshed or repriced before acceptance.

Automated pricing is available only where Hoshiro has sufficient confidence in platform compatibility, access method, scope and complexity. Custom, proprietary or unusually complex environments may be marked Custom Scope Review Required and will not be automatically committed at a standard price. Implementation dates depend on timely access, customer approvals, staging or testing arrangements, third-party dependencies and platform constraints. A separate accepted Statement of Work may contain additional terms, payment milestones, exclusions and responsibilities and will prevail for that remediation engagement if inconsistent with these general Terms.

10. Customer responsibilities and access

If you purchase remediation services, you are responsible for providing lawful and sufficient access to systems, repositories, CMS platforms, hosting, DNS, staging environments, technical contacts and other resources reasonably required for the agreed work. Do not send passwords or private keys through public forms, report fields or unsecured channels. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, approvals and change-management controls for your environment unless the applicable Statement of Work expressly assigns those responsibilities to Hoshiro.

11. Acceptable use

Your use of the services is also subject to the Hoshiro Labs Acceptable Use Policy. We may rate-limit, suspend or restrict activity reasonably believed to be abusive, unlawful, unsafe or harmful to the service or third parties.

12. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your website, content, trademarks and customer materials. Hoshiro and its licensors retain all rights in the ARC software, scoring methodology, test registry, service catalogue, workflows, templates, report design, documentation and other proprietary materials. Subject to payment of applicable fees, Hoshiro grants you a non-exclusive licence to use reports and deliverables for your internal business purposes and to share them with employees, professional advisers, contractors and prospective service providers who have a legitimate need to review them. You may not resell, white-label, systematically reproduce or commercially exploit Hoshiro's methodology or report templates without written permission.

13. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you grant Hoshiro permission to use that feedback to improve its products and services without identifying you publicly unless you separately agree.

14. Third-party services

The services may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment providers, hosting, security tools, analytics, calendar services, email services and AI or automation providers. Their availability, policies and performance are outside our direct control. Third-party links and services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Confidentiality

Each party must use reasonable care to protect non-public confidential information received from the other and use it only for the relevant business relationship. This does not apply to information that is public through no breach, lawfully known without restriction, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

16. Service availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, third-party changes or product development.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as available" basis. Hoshiro does not provide legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity penetration-testing, investment or regulatory advice through ARC. Technical and commercial recommendations are informational and should be validated against your own environment and obligations.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from the services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoshiro's aggregate liability arising from a particular product or service is limited to the amount you paid to Hoshiro for that product or service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

19. Indemnity

You will indemnify Hoshiro against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unauthorised or unlawful scanning of third-party systems, unlawful content or instructions supplied by you, infringement caused by customer-provided materials, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Hoshiro.

20. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, material breach, abuse, security risk, legal compliance or protection of third parties. You may stop using the services and may cancel subscriptions as described above. Provisions intended to survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers and liability terms, will continue.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated or displayed as required by law. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

22. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the services.
