Prepare your pilot

Each variant needs a product key, product ID or canonical URL, plus a strong identifier such as SKU, variant ID, GTIN or merchant key. Include currency and price, and any known size, colour, availability, reference price and policies. Missing values stay unverified.

Shopify CSV exports are supported. Inventory quantities alone do not establish availability. For JSON, use a variants array and an optional policies object with shipping, returns and policy text.
